A man was arrested on multiple charges at the UA Main Library, 1510 E. University Blvd., at 8:47 p.m. April 19.

At 8:07 p.m., an officer approached the man at the library regarding theft of his bus pass. He said he was on the first floor of the library and had gone to the bathroom, leaving his wallet in a bag.

Three sorority members shaved their heads, and Alpha Chi Omega donated about $7,000 to help find a cure for children's cancer on Saturday night.

The sorority sisters gave up their hair to benefit the St. Baldrick's Foundation, a nonprofit organization that funds cancer research.

Editor, I've known Kevin Boyar for two years. He collects guns like thousands of people - including me - across America do. He was stupid and brought a gun to school and, therefore, should be punished according to the law. What is unacceptable, and there is plenty that is unacceptable, is that now not only does he and his family have to pay in time and money for his mistake but also become the target of the fanaticism of people here.
