A woman rear-ended an unmoving vehicle at the intersection of East Speedway Boulevard and North Mountain Avenue at 3:15 p.m. March 21. The woman was driving a gray two-door 1996 Toyota Tercel when she struck a yellow 1972 Chevy truck towing a small cement mixer, which was stopped at the traffic signal.
